Project Bedroom Curtains Take Two

A long time ago, I did a post on my Project Bedroom Curtains. Well after a ton of procrastination and a little bedroom makeover, I am ready to take the plunge and get some curtains. For those of you who did not see the post, I want floor to ceiling curtains along the back wall to cover that awkward window. Now I am by no means a textile expert so I need your help to decide on a fabric/color. Help me friends!!

So here is a little rundown of what we have.

What do you think I should do?? There are so many fabric options that I just get overwhelmed. Pleeease HELP me with my project!!!

I think I would go with some color. The bedspread has a lot of (gorgeous) texture, and that soft green swatch above would be amazing as a backdrop. I think you could bring in some ikat on a chair or bench if you wanted more pattern in the space.

I'm no expert either, though. Just a photoshop decorator. :)

Um... forgot to share my opinion! I'd do a simple creamy white or gray drape in linen or silk. I'd hang matching drapes on either side and hang an oversized mirror or art in the middle. :D That smile shows how excited I get thinking of how fab that will look with the amazing stuff you've pulled together.

ps- ikea has an amazing panel called Dagny -think west elm has some good options too! xo

Wow, I LOVE your choices in every aspect of the master bedroom! I would ground the bed with a rug like the Restoration Hardware cowhide tile rug, which would either tie in your sheepskin rug or wood floors and tables depending on which color ( For the wall...subtle color if you want the bed to be the focal point. Cannot wait to see what you decide! I am also not an expert, just an engineer:)!

I vote a pop of ikat color! But I am a sucker for anything ikat. I LOVE the sequin bedspread. You bedroom looks adorable! P.S. Are you trying to get rid of your old yellow bedspread? If so I want, I want!

I'm all about the ikat or orange pop of color. LOVE your bedspread, too! Is that a Moroccan Wedding Blanket? Can't wait to see what you end up going with!

I think it depends what vibe you want in your bedroom. If you want it to be more calming and tranquil, the soft green or gray would be perfect. If you want it a little more lively and bold, go with a bright print. But honestly, I think choosing the soft green or gray then doing this DIY from my girl Morgan (with a bright pop of ribbon...maybe orange? Pink? Mustard yellow?) would look REALLY awesome!

Soft green (this seamfoamy prettiness is my absolute favorite) and a hang a mirror in the center for some symmetry. BTW, the makeover looks amazing already! Love how soft and cozy it all looks

I vote soft green too- I think the room looks so pretty and serene and a print would distract from the gorgeous bedspread. Love how you put your inspirations together in this post!!

I'm liking the soft green as well as the grey. As some people have said, a print on the curtains would be too much, I think- the bedroom has this glamorous feel to it and silk curtains would be the perfect final touch {found your blog through alex @ things that sparkle= love it!} xoxo

Love your bedroom! I think a tonal gray curtain in silk would be so glamorous! You've already done such a great job, I'm sure you'll make the perfect decision! Love the design hollywood regency! Excited to see the final after!

I love that bedspread! I think you should keep it solid and luxurious. Have you thought about putting drapes on the other side (or all the way across the back of the bed) to give the illusion of symmetry?
